Green Day seems to be teasing fans with some sort of activity that is happening on later this month. A suspicious video was uploaded onto the bands official Instagram account yesterday.
The video begins with a close shot of a clock at 10:24 and a quick guitar riff. Front man Billie Joe Armstrong is then shown in bed and waking up looking at a calendar with October 24 being circled.
Green Day writes:
“It’s October 1st, WAKE UP. Now go hit snooze on www.theamericandreamiskillingme.com”
After celebrating the 30th anniversary of their breakout album “Dookie,” and releasing “Dookie 30th Anniversary Deluxe Edition” in September, fans can only speculate as to what the message is intended to mean.
